312 Residences Promotion Office will serve as a project promotion and sales unit throughout the construction phase, and this pavilion type structure will be opened to communal use following the completion of the Residences. It is positioned within the first stage of the housing project, at the main entrance to the property, on the lowest level, with the aim of receiving visitors. The building perceived in its front facade as a lengthwise frame structure covering eight column axis, leans in the back on an upper terrace of the property, at window level. The frame structure of exposed concrete has been elevated at ground level and a pool extending along the entire front facade increases this feeling of separation from the ground. Vertical flow of water has been attained through a special system under the floor that expands over the pool. The pool and the light, wave and sound effects created by the vertical waterspout system was considered as means of differentiating the Promotion Office from the atmosphere of ongoing construction work; thus creating a different medium -almost an oasis- within the construction site.
The initial axis while approaching the building from the left corner has been left open, as to create an empty frame unit, and the closed functions have been positioned within a glass mass behind the columns starting from the second axis. The asymmetrical positioning of the glass mass within the frame structure has been reinforced with the positioning of the entrance vestibule. When approached from the left, the entrance vestibule appears in the sixth opening, going beyond the pool. The gate leads to a reception-exhibition hall covering half of the interior spaces; to the left is a counter, and at the center are the project model stands. The shear walls of exposed concrete attached to the narrow end of the building are positioned in a way to counter the terracing that reaches the window level in the back. The rear windows that are separated in front of the columns with a continuous sill beginning from these walls, constitute a continuous facade. Under the wide sill, white pebbles are placed within a cavity in the ground; integrity has been attained between the interior and the exterior with this material that was also used in the exterior space. The office and service spaces to the left of the reception-exhibition hall have been completely separated from the facades with two circulation areas extending to the meeting hall at the far end; the exhibition-promotion function has been integrated on the periphery of the structure in a way connecting with the meeting hall. The interior of the promotion pavilion was designed with glass surfaces reaching the ground in the front facade and the sill level in the back, in order to allow full perception of the housing estate property.
